Where value flows

Two streams, one treasury.

The pool's hook takes a toll on swaps and sends it to BitscallTreasury. The vault's performance fee — 10% of gains above the high-water mark, minted as bcUSDC shares — goes to the same treasury. The token and the vault are funded by the same activity: capital put to work, and a market for the protocol that allocates it.
